Position: Field Service Manager
Description: Responsible for the day to day operations and profitability for assigned territory and Field Service Engineers. This role also manages the field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role is available in Lawrenceville, GA and requires a minimum of 25% travel.
Description: Responsible for developing new products, product enhancements and technologies by utilizing chemicals, chemical compounds, and chemical processes. Requires traveling to Car Wash Sites to test current chemicals. This role requires 15% travel and is available in Wickliffe, OH.
Position: Direct Sales Representative
Description: The Direct Sales Representative (DSR) will increase Diamond Shine’s Market Share by prospecting for, identifying, and converting potential new clients. Responsible for presenting new products and services to enhance existing relationships and ensure all customer needs are being met. This role is available in Houston, TX and Chicago, IL and requires travel as needed to support the territory.
Position: Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer
Description: Responsible for overseeing the coordination of Sonny’s quality assurance and continuous improvement activities, coordinate professional development plans and career paths for team members, and to develop and implement systems throughout those departments that improve Sonny’s ability to meet the requirements driven by increasing sales volume so as to ensure that all customers receive their orders on time and to specification. This role is available in Tamarac, FL.
Position: Customer Service and Sales Representative
Description: Responsible for ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. Builds and maintains business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service to ensure customer satisfaction and to promote loyalty. This role is available in Tamarac, FL.
Position: Lead Qualification Specialist
Description: Responsible for the qualification of customers and prospects who utilize Sonny’s Consulting Services. Follow-up and qualify all inbound lead contacts requesting information or asking for consultation or site evaluation services within established service level guidelines. This role is available in Tamarac, FL.
Position: Mechanical Engineer
Description: Responsible for the design and planning of new and existing products by performing engineering duties as well as developing, designing and testing mechanical devices. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc. This role is available in Tamarac, FL.
Position: Field Operations Technician
Description: Responsible for setting up and troubleshooting our POS software, tunnel controllers, PLC controlled gates and payment kiosks at our clients’ car washes. Guarantee of customer satisfaction through quick problem resolution, relentless troubleshooting, follow up and excellent service is our standard. This role is available in Tamarac, FL and some travel is required.
Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Description: The Senior Financial Analyst performs analysis and development of the financial information required to successfully support Sonny’s and its subsidiaries. The analyst will work with people at all levels of the organization to report, monitor, and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators. This position also helps the business unit achieve goals, anticipate needs and resolve problems. This role is available in Tamarac, FL and some travel will be required (less than 15%).
Position: Tech Support Agent
Description: Responsible for providing Technical/Customer assistance to users regarding use of the software configuration and/or hardware issues. Act as first level of technical support for clients and always portray a positive image of company and products.
