Sonny’s Shallow Pit Over-Under Conveyor Overview:
Sonny’s Exclusive Shallow Pit Over-Under Conveyor delivers the legendary performance and reliability of our standard conveyor while reducing the conveyor trench requirement from the standard 21-3/4in to only 14.5in. This allows for easy installation into old bays with reclaim or underground holding tanks.

- Easily installs over existing reclaim tanks found when converting an in-bay automatic to a Mini Tunnel.
- Air take-up with 1-1/2in stainless steel shaft and UHMW bushings for easier maintenance.
- Durable 1/2in thick top deck & 3/8in steel frame with Banana Peel Rails for safe operation.
- Easy maintenance through access doors with exposed grease fittings.

Simplify YourIn-Bay Mini-TunnelConversion
Base consists of a 6ft entrance with take-up section and a 4ft drive section as shown. Standard with air take-up and painted surface finish delivers excellent corrosion resistance. To be used only with SC78 chain. Center sections are added to complete conveyor length as needed.
Banana Peel Rails for safer tracking while allowing for lower vehicles commonly seen today.
Air take-up for reliable performance and consistent tension for longer chain life.
Optional galvanized finish for longer lifespan.
5/16in steel roller-up door with heavy-duty rubber hinge.
