3.1. 24/7 Access to Help - Cell Numbers - SONNY'S ownership and executive team is made up of car wash operators. That is why the company is designed to be easy to work with from the operator's point of view. With that in mind we knew we had to be available to you when you needed us – which is most important on weekends. Therefore we have published our cell phone numbers on our web site. We are available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week for service questions, or operational questions. We do ask that after hours contact be used for emergency situations only. Rest assured, in those situations we are ready and able to perform for you.

3.2. 24/7 Emergency Parts Shipping – Go to SONNY'S web site andlook under the 'Contact Us' or 'Service and Support' tabs and you will see that we have published many of our cell phone numbers. We are available for our equipment customers after hours. If you have an emergency parts need, we will either help you source the part locally or open the factory, get what you need, and bring it to the airport to be flown to you ASAP.

3.3. Equipment Contact / Parts Contact / Service Contact – SONNY'S is the only major manufacturer that not only manufactures equipment, but also has over 14,000 items in stock for your daily parts and supply needs to operate your business. We are also the only major manufacturer to go to market with a direct model. What that means to you is simple: we will provide you with a factory contact for your equipment needs, another contact from our catalog division to assist you with your ongoing parts and supply needs, and yet another for any emergency service needs. Since we do have a direct model, we want to be the ones you contact in time of need. With us, the buck stops at the factory, not in the field. Try getting that commitment from another manufacturer. Better yet, ask them why their cell numbers aren't published on their web sites like ours are – from the president to the sales team, to the service and parts group.

3.4. Swap-Out Program – SONNY'S understands that there are certain items in an equipment package that, if are not operational, can effect your car wash operation. For example, what happens at your full service wash when you have a problem with a vacuum producer? SONNY'S has designed a 'swap' program for just such a case. We will ship you a factory rebuilt vacuum producer that is the same style and horse power you are currently operating. You can put this unit in service, place your unit in the same shipping crate and send it back to SONNY'S for evaluation. We will call you once we get your unit, tell you what we found, totally rebuild that unit and charge you for the repair. Of course, if your unit is still under warranty, there is no charge for that repair. This rebuilt unit is kept in stock to replace any subsequent units in the field with an issue. The swap program has made it easy for our equipment customers in the field to keep their business operating seamlessly from the customer's view point. This program is also available for standard pumps and motors.

3.5. Upgrade Kits – As we listen to feedback from the field, we constantly try to incorporate those great ideas into the equipment. In doing so, whenever possible, we make these improvements available to current users as upgrade kits to their current equipment. Much like you would see with computer software, you typically do not need to buy a whole new piece to get the latest design. You can simply purchase the upgrade to bring your unit to the latest level. The most current such introduction is the wrap around arm kit. 3.6. Trial Program - For any current customer that now operates SONNY'S equipment, we will, at their request, give them an opportunity to try any piece of equipment we manufacture and only pay for it once they are satisfied with its performance. The perfect example of this is the Tire Shine machine. Many operators were not sure if this unit would really produce good results in the field. No problem. Take one and try it. Keep the crate and after 30 days if you don't like it, place it back in the crate and ship it back. The best way to evaluate certain items is on-site, in your location. This policy makes it very easy to take the guess work out of making decisions about a new item.

3.7. Preferred Customer Newsletter – SONNY'S has several newsletters. One is specifically for operators using our equipment. It is through this emailed or faxed newsletter that we will be contacting our current equipment customers first about any new equipment and product introduction, new equipment upgrade kits, seminar notification, theater show presentations, etc. Typically these update kits and new items will be introduced to this group at a special 'preferred' price. Factory or Trade Show Seminar seats will be offered to this group before they are open to the public. Also, as a way of thanking our equipment clients for their continued support, SONNY'S offers certain promotions at different times of the year. Typical examples of this are the fall conveyor chain and rollers special, or the cloth replacement special. We appreciate your continued support and have received such great responses to these promotions that we feel it is an effective way to show our gratitude for your business.

Online Manuals – Video Service Training – In an attempt to make it easy to keep SONNY'S equipment running at top performance, we have begun to make a series of training videos that show the equipment being adjusted. Along with the videos, we are producing easy to follow regular maintenance charts that will make it easy to care for the equipment properly. We have published our manuals on line so that when the time comes to order a part from SONNY'S for your equipment, you can get easy access to the manual from your computer in the event that your current copy cannot be found. Also, for all standard wear parts, we have a special section in the SONNY'S catalog that shows each major piece of SONNY'S equipment. For each piece, we provide a simple picture of each wear part along with the part number and price making it very easy to order any replacement parts. This way you should not need any technical assistance and should be able to quickly identify the parts and part number you need and either place your order with a toll free call, toll free fax or on the web – quick and easy!
