Rear wheel push Banana Peel, roller-on-demand conveyor with 8ft rolling correlator is designed for safe vehicle loading. Features 3ft 6in roller spacing for maximum efficiency.

Pre-wash

8-step pre-wash and application process includes two heated Dual Halo Applicators, dual foaming SHOWERHEAD CTA Wheel and Tire Applicator, and floor-mounted heated dual bumper applicators.

First High pressure wash

SONNY'S OMNI I 550 Features 5 independent pivoting and oscillating stainless steel manifolds, each with exclusive Zero Degree Plus Nozzles. Three H25 Pumps deliver the necessary strength to loosen all road grime from wheels, side, and horizontal surfaces.

Second high pressure wash

The second high pressure wash features a two-part wash process. Two oscillating OMNI Bumper Blasters are mounted in the conveyor pit to clean front and rear surfaces of the vehicle. The OMNI II Wash Arch then strips any remaining dirt from all surfaces with a combination of Zero Degree Nozzle placement and motion.

Rinse and dry

A pressurized Halo Rinse strips any remaining detergent before entering a 3-step gravity fed rain system with supplemental mirror rinse that promotes beading and break so that water flows off the surface to aid drying. A Powerful 120hp drying system carefully mixes different nozzle and manifold types for a drier surface with less utility consumption.
