Eco-Tabs Car Wash Tablets are engineered to oxygenate reclaimed water, reduce hydrogen sulfide levels, neutralize oils & grease, breakdown sludge and keep your car wash system operating at peak performance.

When used routinely and in accordance with dosing guidelines, Eco-Tabs will help reduce noxious odors typically associated with reclaimed water use and increase the operating efficiency of your car wash system. Because Eco-Tabs utilize 'bottom up' technology and descend rapidly to the bottom of the tank, the bioremediation process begins immediately when the tabs are deposited into the tank. Eco-Tabs begin to effervesce and introduce aerobic oxygen, biologic fast acting bacteria, buffers, surfactants, and other proprietary components to start working immediately. Unlike other liquids or granular products which are often quickly discharged due to flow through, Eco-Tabs active ingredients will actually adhere to the equipment, piping and tank surfaces, starting at the bottom, allowing more effective treatment of water.
Eco-Tabs utilize a unique patent-pending process called Microdot Separation Technology (MST). With MST, microdots of bicarbonate are immediately separated from the tablet and settle to the bottom of the tank enclosure, then are carried throughout the water, attacking the hydrogen sulfide levels — which is often associated with the smell of rotten eggs.

Reclaimed water typically experiences anaerobic decomposition, which is the reduction of oxygen, and is the main cause of car wash equipment problems. These anaerobes cause odors and along with increased hydrogen sulfide (H2S) levels allow build-up around jets and nozzles, restrict flow in plumbing, expedite corrosion in pipes and increases spotting during final rinse. By using Eco-Tabs as part of a regular, weekly maintenance program, you will be greatly increasing the efficiency of your equipment and reducing the problems associated with water reclamation.

Tablets should be deposited in the tank where the reclaimed water is first returned for use in the wash system. Dosing should be done at the end of the day, prior to next use of system in tank(s) with partial to full water content. A regular, weekly use of Eco-Tabs is required to maintain peak efficiency. If tanks and equipment have not been cleaned or serviced prior to use, dosing may be increased to obtain maximum effectiveness.

For best results, equipment and tanks should be cleaned and serviced prior to using Eco-Tabs. Under NO Circumstance should any other product be used in conjunction with this product, including bleach, acid or any other bleaching product.
