Each Raypak system is sized for the job, and the area and altitude where it is to be installed. The boiler package is designed for the environment of the car wash industry and is approved by ASHRAE, AGA, and The National Board.

The boiler is a modulating boiler that tracks the load and fires only at the BTU input required. An Economaster control reduces operating costs by shutting the pump off when not needed. Pre-plumbed piping manifolds are available, as are special controls for gas train to meet local codes of states and municipalities.
