SONNY’S Gator™ Air Gate Retrofit
A significant portion of the energy consumption of an air dryer occurs from the electrical draw of the motor starting up. SONNY’S Gator mechanically controls the intake and significantly reduces the demand rate by shortening the ramp-up time on initial start-up, while eliminating the demand rate between vehicles. It saves electricity by reducing the draw of the motor, lowering power consumption up to 75% between vehicles.
