SONNY'S Flojet G57 Applicators deliver precise, reliable, control of chemistry in the wash process. The selections below include the most popular applicator configurations, however SONNY'S can build custom pump stations specific to your needs and can ship assemblies pre-wired and pre-plumbed on floor stands for simpler installation.

Choosing The Right Applicator

Activation: Controller activated chemistry application requires the pump to be equipped with a solenoid valve (available in 24V and 110V) to turn on the pump when required. Manual application triggered by a hand wand, foot switch, treadle, or other mechanism do no require a solenoid valve.

Pump & Tank: Each application requires a separate pump station. Units are available in single, double, and triple tank configurations to provide installation flexibility and backroom organization.

Seals: Santoprene seals are compatible with most alkaline based products whereas Viton seals are required for all acid based products used in the wash process.

Regulator: Non-foaming applicators include a single regulator directing air to the pump for chemical dilution and delivery. Foaming applicators include a second regulator to control the flow of air used to foam various chemistry used in the wash process.
