SONNY’S Primary Channel of product Distribution is Direct to the End User. Traditionally, “buying direct” has meant getting a lower price from the factory at the expense of having no support after the sale. Those that deal with SONNY'S know that we have redefined the “DIRECT” process and value proposition. SONNY'S DIRECT gives you a value price with service beyond any typical distribution model. We have found the best way to ensure the customer is satisfied is to handle them on a personal basis. We have designed, over time, a process for handling the sale of equipment with direct factory support and a local representative. These local representatives are referred to as a SONNY’S SELECT SERVICE ORGANIZATION (SSO). They have been approved to work in the field as a manufacturer’s representative and to sell, install and service SONNY’S equipment. We prefer this model versus using a stand alone distributor that stands between you and the factory. In a typical distributor model, it is up to the distributor to maintain all contact with the customer – to the extent that a customer is totally discouraged from calling the factory directly. In fact, in most cases if the customer does call the factory they are immediately steered back to the local distributor. SONNY’S has the resources to provide a process that is much more comprehensive than that offered by a typical distributor model. We call it “Direct”.
