“Does your SONNY”S video have sound but no video – click here to fix”

Many of SONNY’S videos are encoded with the Xvid video codec for improved video quality and compression.  On most computers, the coded will install automatically.

We have learned that some of our older video CDs, including some of the 2007 Tunnel Equipment CD-ROMs, will not automatically install the codec depending on settings in the Windows operating system.

The problem has been fixed. If you encounter the problem please contact us and we will send you a replacement disk immediately.

STEP BY STEP INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIDEO PATCH

Step 1 - Create a folder under your c: drive called temp and download the file patch.zip inside this folder.




Step 2 - Righ click the file patch.zip and select extract all.

Step 3 - Create a folder under your c: drive called temp.


Step 4 - Click next

Step 5 - Verify the extracted patch file called "Sonnys_Tunnel_Equipment_Patch.exe"



Step 6 - Double click the file "Sonnys_Tunnel_Equipment_Patch.exe"

Step 7 - Click next

Step 8 - Click next to confirm the installation folder for the patch file

Step 9 - Click install
